An established mid-sized estate planning team in the Queens Village area is looking to add an attorney to its practice. The role is based in person at one of the firm’s offices, working closely with an experienced attorney and support staff in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Estate planning experience is preferred, but the team is open to candidates from a range of legal backgrounds who bring strong drafting skills, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in this area of practice.

Responsibilities
- Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and tax planning strategies
- Assist with estate, trust, and probate administration as needed
- Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional communication
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to manage a full caseload efficiently
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar
- Estate planning, elder law, or probate experience preferred; candidates with other relevant legal backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service orientation
- Willingness and ability to work in person full-time
