Zimmer Law Firm is a boutique estate planning firm that has served Greater Cincinnati families through some of the most important decisions and transitions of their lives since 1993. We focus on estate planning, probate, trust estate settlement and Medicaid asset protection. Our Associate Attorneys practice in all three areas, developing a breadth of experience that few firms can offer.

We’re looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team in downtown Blue Ash, a suburb just north of the City of Cincinnati. You’ll work closely with clients and families, learn the art of estate planning directly from our founder, and grow into a clear career path with us.
What you’ll do
- Meet with clients, understand their goals, and design tailored estate plans
- Learn a consultative system so prospective clients qualify themselves by uncovering what is important to them, instead of “selling” by pitching solutions.
- Draft trusts, wills, and asset protection strategies using our proprietary systems
- Help families through trust and probate estate settlement
- Build long-term client relationships and present workshops to small groups
What we’re looking for
- Licensed Ohio attorney
- At least 3–5 years of legal experience in direct estate planning. A background in probate, trust administration, and/or Medicaid asset protection planning is a plus. We will train a candidate in these practice areas who has a solid estate planning base of experience.
- Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
- Motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Energized by a busy, varied workload and comfortable owning your work
- Self-directed but also value knowing that structure and support are there when you need them
