What You ll Be Doing
Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Advising clients on smart estate planning strategies, including tax implications
Guiding families through trust administration and probate (with compassion and precision)
Representing clients in probate court as needed
Staying up to speed on California estate planning laws (because this stuff changes)
Maintaining excellent client relationships (and your sense of humor)
Salary/Compensation: $80,000 – $125,000 per year plus commission
