Position: Â Estate Plan Drafter (Non-Partner Track)
RealREPP a full-service, nationally recognized recruiting firm who is currently teaming with a firm in hiring for an Estate Plan Drafter. The Estate Plan Drafter is responsible for drafting and reviewing comprehensive estate plans for our clients. Work with shareholders, attorneys, and firm members, with all aspects of drafting estate plans for our clients. Research law, gather and analyze information skillfully, and prepare documents.
Contribute to a team atmosphere with the ultimate goal of achieving the best possible results for the firm and its clients.
Qualifications
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with estate plan drafting.
Law degree from an accredited law school required.
Advance estate plan drafting required.
Member of California State bar required.
Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation preferred.
Certified specialization in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and/or Taxation from the State Bar of California Board of Specialization preferred.
Familiarity with federal and state, estate, gift and income taxes as well as probate and trust administration law required.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Proficiency in iManage, Hot Docs and Legal Solutions preferred.
