Escrow Officer Licensed Title Agent Jobs in Arkansas at CLOSED Title
CLOSED® Title, www.closedtitle.com, a rapidly growing, national title company with 20+ offices, is looking for an Escrow Officer to join our team supporting our Arkansas operation. This will be a contract only job until we expand our operations in Arkansas for a full time position. This is a chance to get in on the ground level of a fast growing company. We need a resident escrow officer to qualify CLOSED and will be paid per file to process or monthly flat fee until we fully open our Arkansas offices.
The initial position can be part time and will not require you to quit another job.
Escrow Officers with a book of business shall be considered for full time position immediately with salary and commissions.

Ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, is dependable, detail oriented and self-motivated.
Skills required:
- Coordinate and conduct real estate closings
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Create memorable closing experiences
- Review title commitments
- Satisfy title requirements
- Balance CDs and coordinate with lenders
- Provide the highest level of client responsiveness to title questions
- Review signed closing packages for accuracy
Job Type: Contract – Contract/Per File basis with transition to full time.
The future full time salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
