Northwest Escrow & Title is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Escrow Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing title and escrow transactions with accuracy and integrity, ensuring smooth communication between clients and all involved parties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent client service capabilities. As an Escrow Officer, you will play a critical role in facilitating real estate transactions by reviewing titles, processing title documents, and maintaining clear communication throughout the escrow process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee escrow transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring all steps are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address inquiries related to escrow accounts.
  • Review property titles thoroughly to verify ownership rights and identify any issues that may affect the transaction.
  • Process title documents, including title searches, commitments, policies, and related paperwork to facilitate smooth transfer of ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the escrow process.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the transaction process.
  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions and correspondence for auditing and future reference.
  • Assist in resolving any escrow-related problems promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Previous experience working as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role within the real estate or title industry is preferred.
  • Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Experience reviewing property titles and processing related documentation is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of escrow procedures, legal requirements, and title processing standards is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Bilingual Preferred

Note: We are a company in the growth stage. You must be willing to attend off-site meetings to create relationships that then turn to business. A book of business would be welcome with bonuses provided on this business.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
