We are seeking a skilled Attorney with 3+ years of experience in real estate and civil litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling real estate disputes, contract issues, landlord-tenant matters, and general civil litigation.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in real estate and civil litigation cases
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and pleadings
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Negotiate settlements and appear in court for hearings and trials
Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate-related matters
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership
3+ years of real estate and civil litigation experience
Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and courtroom presence
