A multinational, top Am Law 100 firm is currently seeking a Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join their Environmental Transactions team. The role will involve managing environmental matters for a broad range of corporate and financing transactions in the energy sector. This firms environmental attorney’s deal with some of the largest and most complex deals in the world and the group are ranked by Chambers USA nationwide.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have;
6-8 years of experience in environmental and energy law, corporate transactions, and environmental regulatory compliance.
Extensive experience with federal and state environmental statutes.
A deep understanding of the energy industry and regulatory schemes.
A strong gasp of the transaction process.
Strong academic qualifications.
