Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Environmental Litigation Attorney located in San Juan. The attorney will be responsible for tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, representing clients in courts, preparing for and conducting trials, and conducting depositions.
Qualifications
Law skills, including legal research and trial preparation
Motions skills, such as drafting and arguing motions in court
Courtroom experience and trial advocacy skills
Deposition skills, including questioning witnesses and preparing for depositions
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Experience in environmental law or related fields is a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar
