Responsibilities:
Designing policy, procedure, and solutions to mitigate hazardous workplace conditions including designing and administering environmental, employee health and safety program in accordance with environmental, organization and regulatory requirements.
Manage environmental, health and safety according to the law and company policy.
Manage and improve compliance related to environmental, health and safety, ISO certification or other licenses.
Handle for security, waste handling, community communication, clinic day today activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from relevant background major, occupational health and safety or equivalent would be preferred.
Extensive experience in manufacturing’s Occupational Health and Safety from FMCG industry or relevant industry from MNCs is preferred.
Experience in implementing ISO 14001, SMK3 & ISO 45001
Has General EHS, Firefighting, Occupational Health & Safety, Level 2 Radiation Protection Officer Expert certification.
Has ISO 14001, SMK3 & OHSA 18001 / ISO 45001 certification
Has experience managing Proper (From Environment Ministry) and Industri Hijau (from Industrial Ministry).
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required. Able to speak / write in Japanese is an added advantage.
Ability to develop relationship, to interact with all levels in highly diverse, multicultural environment and team working.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, independent, agile, meticulous, and strong follow up skills.
