Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of law and possess strong research and writing skills.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings
Conduct legal research to support clients and cases
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Skills
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 – 8 solid years of commercial litigation experience.
Strong research skills using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Excellent legal writing abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Commercial litigation experience
Construction litigation experience is a plus
Must be Admitted to the California Bar

Pay: $160,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
