Role Description The Entry Level Paralegal role is a full-time, on-site position based in Westport, CT. This role supports attorneys and legal staff through organizing case files, drafting and formatting legal documents, and preparing materials for hearings, meetings, and transactions. Daily responsibilities include conducting basic legal and factual research, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, and maintaining orderly records and databases. The paralegal will assist with correspondence, coordinate with internal departments and external parties, and ensure timely follow-up on assigned matters. This position offers mentorship, training in law-related processes, and opportunities for professional growth within a structured legal environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of law and legal procedures, with an interest in pursuing a legal support career.
- Ability to assist with legal document preparation and document review, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting.
