We’re looking for an experienced Immigration Associate Attorney who wants to focus on meaningful legal work, not marketing, admin, or chasing billable hours.

We focus on both affirmative and defensive immigration work.You’ll take the lead with confidence, manage shifting priorities with clarity, and approach each case with empathy.
Core Responsibilities
Represent clients in USCIS interviews and EOIR hearings
Handle a wide range of petitions, applications, and motions (I-130s, I-485s, waivers, asylum, etc.)
Draft briefs, respond to RFEs/NOIDs, and manage appeals
Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff
Ensure quality and compliance with USCIS and EOIR procedures
Lead client consultations, strategy sessions, and updates
Collaborate on systems, policies, and case workflow improvements
We need someone with solid immigration litigation experience who can step in without heavy hand-holding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys legal work but doesn’t want the pressures of running their own firm. A second language is preferred but not required.

Salary & Benefits
Total compensation: $80,000 – $125,000
