Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, an Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate to join the Downtown Los Angeles office with the entry-level associate class in the Fall of 2027. Candidates should be current 3L law students (graduating in the spring of 2027) with plans to take the July 2027 Bar exam.
At Sheppard, we train our associates and help them grow as lawyers, and part of that training involves early and frequent work directly with clients. We have superb clients, and we work on interesting and cutting-edge projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level. This is a partnership-track position and offers great growth opportunities.
The ability to work with other team members and clients, and take ownership of projects, is essential.

The salary for this position is $225,000.
