Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager with a background in law to support legal case management, client coordination, and document preparation. The ideal candidate will be a licensed lawyer or a law student in their final years of study, preferably with experience in case handling, legal research, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track legal cases, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
Conduct legal research and draft case summaries, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather case-related information.
Assist in organizing case files, evidence, and supporting documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Provide general administrative support to legal teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be a lawyer (licensed in the Philippines) or a law student in the final years of study.
Strong understanding of US/Philippine laws, legal procedures, and case management.
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Prior experience in legal case handling or paralegal work is a plus.
