This work-from-home role allows you to set your own hours and caseload, with court appearances as required. We offer generous compensation structures and the ability to earn up to $75,000 per year based on caseload.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Ohio
✔ At least 1 year of family law experience
✔ Courtroom experience required
✔ Excellent communication skills & ability to manage cases independently
✔ Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
✔ Must maintain legal liability insurance
Important Details
This is an Of Counsel (contract) position – attorneys will operate as independent contractors and must maintain their own liability insurance. No benefits are provided.
Types of Cases: You will handle divorce, dissolution, custody, and other family law matters through both limited-scope (flat fee) and full-representation services.
Court Appearances: Required as dictated by caseload.
