Duties:
Assist with case management for personal injury and family law matters.
Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and correspondence.

Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.
Support negotiation efforts to resolve disputes or reach settlements.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to ensure thorough case preparation.
Requirements:

Comfort speaking in court and presenting legal arguments.

Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona (or awaiting bar results if recently graduated).
