Walcheske & Luzi, LLC is an employment law firm specializing in wage and hour, discrimination, and ERISA litigation, with offices in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Due to growth, the firm has immediate openings for attorneys at our Brookfield office in all practice areas. Candidates with all levels of experience, plaintiff or defense-side, are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and have excellent writing, communication and time management skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle a fast-paced workload and varying types of cases, and a desire to succeed.
Ideal candidates for the discrimination and wage and hour practice groups will have litigation experience (written discovery, depositions, and briefing), with hearing and/or trial experience preferred.
Ideal candidates for the ERISA practice group will have litigation experience (written discovery, depositions, and briefing), as well as at least a working knowledge of ERISA as applied to retirement and 401k plans.
Desired Skills & Experience
Current law students and practicing attorneys of all experience levels are desired.
This opportunity is located at our firm’s main office in Brookfield, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.
