Job Description:
Law Offices of James J. Altman, P.A. is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry & Filing Clerk to assist with administrative tasks for a short-term project. This role involves organizing and inputting client information, maintaining accurate electronic and paper records, and performing general office filing.
Responsibilities:
Enter client data accurately into digital systems and databases.
Organize and file paper documents in an orderly manner.
Scan, label, and archive legal documents and correspondence.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Previous office or data entry experience preferred but not required.
Additional Information:
This is a temporary 1099 contractor position (not a W-2 employee role).
Flexible schedule within business hours (Tuesday-Friday).
