Enterprise Resiliency Analyst Jobs in Troy, MI at Flagstar Bank
We are looking for an attorney with 6-9 years’ litigation experience with a concentration in Intellectual Property. This position has the potential to lead to a Junior Partnership position.
Compensation:
$130,000 – $180,000
Responsibilities:
Conduct Legal Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Handle a matter through all aspects of discovery.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Argue motions and appear for Court conferences.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff.
Trial/arbitration experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
Minimum of 6-9 years litigation experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
