Our innovative firm seeks a motivated and exceptional Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to contribute and enhance their work in commercial litigation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years litigation experience.
JD Degree from an accredited law school.
Member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
Strong legal writing skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Representing clients in commercial litigation matters.
Preparing and drafting legal documents on behalf of clients.
Advising clients on business and legal transactions.
Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Apprising partners of material developments and matters on a timely basis.
Exercising sound business and legal judgment.
Demonstrating leadership skills and initiative within the context of a collaborative team.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $110,000 – $125,000, based on experience.
Sponsorship for federal admission.
Reimbursement for registrations, bar associations, Continuing Legal Education (CLE), and other position-related expenses.
Opportunity to work remotely after three months of employment.
