Joseph Farzam Law Firm is a personal injury & employment litigation and trial firm. We are seeking a full-time pre-litigation case manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced personal injury team.
Core duties and responsibilities:
Interview new clients and develop a reliable relationship with clients assigned to you;
Collect all injury information, evidence, and documentation to build the client’s case, and save into our Firm’s case management software (training will be provided);
Schedule and coordinate medical appointments for clients, and arrange transportation when necessary;
Alert Medi-Cal and Medicare of case status and open liens via telephone or online portals;
Obtain, file, and log medical liens and records for case files;
Calendar important dates and track deadlines for each case file;
Create demand letters, collect supporting documents and medical records, and send them to insurance adjusters for policy limit settlements;
Generate a weekly/monthly report with results for all assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Organized and neat;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Able to write demand letters;
Strong telecommunication skills;
Friendly and patient with clients’
Able to multitask;
Eager to learn and grow;
Work well under pressure;
Excellent attention to detail;
Team player;
2-3 years of stable work experience
Minimum of 2 years of PI case management experience;
Bilingual (Preferred)
