A top, national law firm are currently seeking a talented Energy FERC Associate to join their nationally ranked Energy Regulatory Practice Group in Washington, D.C. The role will involve advising clients on FERC matters, with a primary focus on electric regulations. You will represent clients in FERC proceedings, client matters, and regulatory investigations and conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on energy market regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have;
A J.D from an accredited law school.
Three to seven years of experience in energy regulatory matters.
Experience with FERC’s electric program is strongly preferred.
Admission to the D.C. bar.
