Position: Energy/Infra. M&A Associate 4-7 PQE
Energy & Infrastructure M&A – Associate/Senior Associate (4–7 PQE) Top International Law Firm – London An elite international law firm is seeking to hire a high-calibre Associate or Senior Associate (4–7 PQE) to join its market-leading Energy and Infrastructure M&A team in London. The team advises on cutting-edge corporate and private capital transactions in the energy transition and digital infrastructure sectors, with a focus on renewables, power, EVs, battery storage, hydrogen, transport, and data infrastructure assets.
Clients include leading infrastructure funds, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, and strategic corporates investing in the sector globally. With a strong deal flow and a growing international client base, the team is looking to strengthen its mid-to-senior bench with an ambitious lawyer who can take on visible roles in complex cross-border transactions.
The Role:
Advising sponsors and investors on domestic and international M&A, joint ventures, project equity investments, and portfolio company matters across energy and infrastructure. Leading or co-leading transactions with partner oversight, managing client relationships, and supervising juniors. Acting as a key contact for funds and strategics in the firm’s global infrastructure practice. Why Join:

Candidate Requirements: 4–7 PQE, qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction. Strong M&A or private equity experience, ideally with exposure to energy/infrastructure/renewables deals (although sector experience can be developed).
