Location:
Encino, California. Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
Note:
This role requires at least 3 years of experience as an attorney and at least 1 year of defense side employment litigation experience representing employers or management.

Job Description
- Represent employers and management in employment litigation matters.
- Handle cases involving a broad range of labor and employment law issues.
- Manage litigation matters through discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and other stages of the litigation process.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
- Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and court appearances.
- Work directly with clients to understand business objectives and provide practical legal guidance.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and contribute to successful case outcomes.
- Take increasing ownership of matters as your experience and capabilities grow.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience practicing as an attorney.
- 1+ year of defense side employment litigation experience.
- Experience representing employers, management, or other management side clients in employment matters.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and general litigation procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a collaborative legal environment.
- Active California Bar membership is required.

Pay: $200,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
