Your Role and Impact
We are seeking an Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in litigation to support our growing work in the gig economy, working on the cutting edge of employment-adjacent personal injury cases, particularly focusing on a major ride-share technology client. Strong candidates should also have litigation experience in areas of insurance defense and negligence loss. This role involves:
Running cases
Engaging in sophisticated litigation processes
Conducting detailed research and writing
Crafting and arguing motions
Managing complex fact investigations and analysis
Taking and defending depositions
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong litigation skills
A knack for detailed research and writing
Experience in managing complex legal investigations
Proficiency in depositions
A strong academic background, excellent grades, and admission to the California Bar are required.
