The Law Offices of Patrick J. Burns, Jr., P.C. is a West Hollywood based securities law firm focusing on investment adviser registrations, employment and corporate matters as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Our firm is interviewing for an entry level legal assistant/paralegal to maintain and service client relationships. The position will include:
· On-the-job training
· Heavy client contact, legal research and document drafting
· Leading Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their representatives through the SEC and/or state registration process
· Completing required regulatory filings
· Creating and/or revising RIA disclosure documents, advisory agreements, and other documents
· Reviewing and/or drafting employment agreements
· Formation of legal entities·
