Care Synergy is in need of a Contract Administrator.
LOCATION: Denver, CO
STATUS: Full-time
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
PAY RANGE: $60,444 – $71,011
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Paid mileage/Shift Diffs/Stipends
MILEAGE AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry!

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:
The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the enterprise contracts and contract management system, including details of agreements, terms, parties involved, and associated documents. The Contract Administrator will be the subject matter expert (SME) for the contract administration system (DocLink) and will ensure data accuracy, accessibility, report distributions and security throughout the contract lifecycle, often working closely with Affiliate Presidents and Leaders, contract administrators within an organization and others.
Tracks the progress of contracts through different stages (negotiation, execution, renewal, updates and termination) within the enterprise and database.
Creates an organizational language to identify and index contracts in the database.
Enters contract details and data into the database, ensuring consistency and accuracy through data validation processes.
Generates reports and dashboards to provide insights into contract performance, key metrics, key dates and compliance issues.
Provides monthly updates to department and Affiliate leaders.
Implements robust security measures to control access to sensitive contract information and maintain data privacy.
Establishes and manages data backup procedures to ensure data redundancy and disaster recovery capabilities.
Performs regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to the contract database.
Collaborates with IT teams to integrate the contract database with other relevant systems like CRM or ERP platforms.

WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience considered in lieu of formalized education.
Minimum Experience: Three (3) years’ experience in contract administration preferably in a healthcare setting.
Required License: N/A
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
