Are you an ambitious lawyer who wants to help build the next generation of Legal Technology? We're looking for a legally trained professional to join our growing team and help change how legal services are delivered.
You'll work side by side with experienced employment lawyers and our tech team, turning legal expertise into tools that reach more people. Along the way you'll be trained in both UK Employment Law and Legal Technology by Monaco Solicitors and Grapple Law, our sister tech company.

What You'll Be Doing
- Review legal chats between AI and lawyers/clients, legal letters, and workflows to ensure legal quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Design, test, and refine prompts to improve legal output.
- Help translate legal processes into AI-driven workflows.
- Work closely with developers and lawyers to implement improvements.
- Roll out new changes and quickly monitor how the users interact with them.
- Stay up to date with employment law.
What You Will not be Doing
- Client contact
- Negotiating settlements, apart from initial legal training
- Court cases
- Legal research & drafting
- Being a traditional lawyer
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Attorney, Advocate, or equivalent
- Demonstrable proficiency using tech & AI
- Interest in employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a law firm in a client-facing role
- Employment law experience
- Studied law
