YESS (Your Employment Settlement Service) is a not-for-profit employment law charity with a clear mission: resolving workplace disputes without litigation. We’re known for our constructive, non-confrontational approach.
We’re looking for a solicitor to join our team and help us meet rising demand. Our clients range from senior executives to individuals on low or no income.
We are looking for someone to work a minium of 3 days a week but are flexible as to hours and days. The tole is hybrid so can be from anywhere in England.
Around 15% of our work is grant-funded, supporting those who couldn’t otherwise afford legal advice. The rest is funded by private clients, with fees based on ability to pay, creating a diverse and rewarding caseload.
