Job Description
We are looking for a Labor Lawyer to join our team in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves drafting and reviewing employment contracts, advising on labor matters, representing the company before labor courts, and handling employment disputes.
Qualifications
• Law Expertise: Solid knowledge of law, especially labor law.
• Employment Contracts: Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts.
• Labor Court: Proven ability to represent and defend cases in labor courts.
• Employment Disputes: Strong skills in mediating and resolving labor disputes effectively.
In addition to the above qualifications, a law degree and fluency in foreign languages will be considered strong assets.
