Employment Law Specialist

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as legal representative for employers in a range of employment law matters, focusing exclusively on employer-side issues.
Manage and litigate complex cases involving workplace disputes, compliance, and legal challenges posed by employment practices.
Provide proactive and strategic legal advice to corporate clients on various employment law issues to prevent potential legal disputes and litigations.
Collaborate with a team of senior attorneys to design and implement effective defense strategies tailored to client needs.
Stay abreast of the latest changes in employment law and integrate this knowledge into practice and strategy development.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated experience in employment law, specifically employer-side representation.
Must possess an active California Bar License.
Extensive experience handling employment law cases within California, familiar with state-specific laws and regulations.
Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases and providing effective legal advice.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with or representing Fortune 500 companies.
Skill in negotiation and conflict resolution specifically in high-stake corporate law environments.
Experience in mentoring or leading junior lawyers and legal staff.
