Job Description
Represent employers in employment law matters, including litigation and advisory work Handle a variety of cases, such as workplace disputes, compliance, and employment-related lawsuits Provide strategic advice to corporate clients on employment law issues Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys to develop defense strategies Qualifications 2-3 years of employment law experience with a focus on employer-side representation California-specific experience in employment law required Strong legal research, writing, and oral
advocacy
