This vital role is essential to delivering a smooth, high touch experience for our clients and freeing up our agents to focus on sales.
You’ll manage everything from preparing a home for the market to closing coordination–helping us operate like a well oiled machine while keeping clients confident and informed.
Following are some Key requirements and responsibilities:
* Experienced in Real Estate support (2 plus years preferred)
* Knowledgable of Georgia real estate contracts
*You must have a strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
*Calm under pressure and skilled at multi tasking
*You must demonstrate habits of a high achiever in knowledge, attitude and skills and believe in putting our Clients First
*Must be extremely detailed oriented and quick to change routines if needed
*Oversee Teams’ contracts and clear compliance to get them closed
*Regularly communicate with agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers and contractors
*Maintain current systems and be diligent and detailed with spreadsheets
*Tech savvy with tools like Dotloop, CRMs, Google Workspace and MLS
*Must be self motivated and able to work alone
*Create timelines and follow up to make sure deadlines are kept
*Strong written and communication skills
*Coordinate photographers, stagers, cleaners and contractors
*Represent the Team and have the highest level of professionalism
*Maintain and Manage Listings Inventory, Prepare Listing packets and CMAs
*Launch listings with marketing materials and open house scheduling
*Install signage, lockboxes and meet with sellers
*You must Always deliver a five star client experience

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
