Employer-Employee Relations Analyst ( Management Advocate I) Jobs in Green Haven, Anne Arundel, MD at Maryland Department of Transportation
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of complex litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and a demonstrated ability to handle sophisticated legal work.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft complex case evaluations, pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents
Conduct legal research and prepare internal and client-facing memoranda
Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to document requests, interrogatories, and depositions
Take and defend depositions and work directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel
Handle all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal, as applicable
Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts as needed
Qualifications:
3–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
Excellent writing, research, and case management skills
Experience managing client and adversary communications
Deposition and court appearance experience preferred
Federal District Court or Appellate clerkship experience is a plus
Must be admitted and in good standing with the New York State Bar

Pay: $260,000.00 – $390,000.00 per year
