Willing to work onsite at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta

Job descriptions:

Create employment contracts for Operational, WHCK, and Head Office employees

Create and foster conducive relationships between employees and between employees and the company

Handle the exit interview process for Operational and WHCK employees

Manage the administration of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

Implement ER programs within the ER work plan

Supervise and enforce company regulations
