Employee Relations Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters
-Conduct investigations on misconduct, harassment, and policy violations
-Advise management on conflict resolution and employee performance issues
-Maintain detailed records of ER cases and final settlements
– Analyze feedback trends and exit interviews to drive continuous improvement
-Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and internal HR policies
-Partner with Legal, HR, and leadership teams on complex ER matters
– Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Operations
– Preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications
– Strong mediation, communication, and documentation skills
– High emotional intelligence and discretion
– Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
