We are seeking a contract Employee Relations Partner to support performance management cases across the U.S. for a global tech client. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role partnering with business leaders and HRBPs.
Contract Details:
Duration: 1 year (03/24/2025 – 03/20/2026)
Rate: $51.85/hr
Location: Remote
What You’ll Do:
Own and manage a high volume of performance management cases
Coach leaders on employee behavior, underperformance, and sensitive issues
Collaborate on change initiatives, accommodations, and strategic HR support
Must-Haves:
5+ years in Employee Relations (HRBP or advisory)
Strong knowledge of California employment law
Experience in fast-paced, white-collar corporate environments
