Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and people leaders to address workplace concerns while promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Manage employee relations case intake, documentation, investigations, and resolution across a multi-state workforce.
- Conduct thorough, objective investigations into complex and sensitive employee relations matters.
- Develop and deliver manager training focused on employee relations best practices, effective documentation, performance management, and labor law compliance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years focused on Employee Relations or Labor Relations.
- Experience supporting multi-state or national employee populations.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, workplace investigations, performance management, and employment law.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, objectivity, and empathy.
