We are currently seeking a personable Employee Relations (ER) Graduate to join our team in the Adelaide office. In this role, you will gain valuable experience working with clients as well as providing administrative support to the Employee Relations Consulting service line.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in ER, working with a knowledgeable team to support the delivery of a broad range of HR solutions. As an ER graduate, you will work closely with our Senior ER Advisor, building on the knowledge you’ve developed during your studies to provide valuable assistance in supporting Moore HR Partners in delivering high-quality outcomes for both our internal and external clients.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Support in resolving employment relations issues such as disputes, disciplinary actions and compliance.
Drafting reports, summaries and recommendations based on client discussions, ensuring all materials are clear, concise, and aligned with client needs.
Support in drafting client advice in relation to ER matters.
Collate research to support the Senior ER Adviser in providing strategic HR advice to clients.
Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Provide support resolving employment relations issues for clients (Unfair Dismissals, General Protection Claims, Underpayment and Worker’s Compensation matters).
About you
Ideally, we are seeking a recent Human Resource, Business, or Law graduate who has a strong interest in Employee Relations and is eager to learn and grow their career in a consulting environment. You will be proactive, a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and will excel at collaborating with others. You will demonstrate a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work to deliver exceptional results.
