Job Purpose:
To provide support and advice on the Human Resource Administration of all SATORP employees and act as the frontline contact for employees’ enquires and process complex HR related issues. To ensure that all HR administration is accurate, complete and carried out in a professional manner.
Scope:
Supervise and support the administration and implementation of relevant HR processes and programs to ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures and the Saudi Arabian labor law. Provide routine human resource information and guidance to SATOPR’s line managers on HR policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide functional supervision to HR Administrators within the Personnel Administration Services Division and support them in performing their assigned duties.
Ensure maintenance of all SATORP staff related records and documents, including personal data, compensation, benefits, hires, promotions, violations, transfers, performance reviews and terminations of employees.
Assist in implementing and processing personnel related systems including employees’ vacations, leaves, entitlements, allowances and timesheets.
Ensure that all personnel related forms, letters, correspondences, memos and notices are accurately prepared, relayed and maintained.
Review and assure that all tasks and assignments performed by HR Administrators are in accordance with SATORP’s policies and procedures.
Follow-up on visa applications for expatriate SATORP`s employees and their families in coordination with Government Affairs & Public Relations Division.
Monitor all staff on long-term sick and maternity leaves ensuring all necessary documentation and correspondences have been sent to them.
Assist in the recruitment process through providing all related administration services and ensuring that associated records are regularly updated.
Coordinate with Staffing Division and other SATORP’s Divisions to collate all information details pertaining new hires to ensure that all employees have a personnel file as well as set up on the payroll system.
Ensure that all contracts of employment are issued to new employees.
Ensure that all personnel files are up-to-date and documents are filed and organized correctly using the SAP System.
Support the HR Advisor/Superintendent Personnel Administration Services in relation to disciplinary issues and grievances.
Analyze absence data of employees and produce reports to all concerned.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Superintendent Personnel Administration Services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent.
(8) years of experience in Human Resource Administration.
