The firm is willing to compensate top level candidates for their experience and/or accolades. The salary is negotiable. The candidate should possess elite legal writing and research capabilities and be an independent thinker.
Duties of the candidate would include
- drafting demand letters and managing medical liens;
- communicating with personal injury clients and medical providers
- requesting and chronologizing medical records
- meeting with new clients in intake
- drafting and filing complaints, answering interrogatories and requests for production
- trial support
- assisting with criminal cases as needed [no prior experience necessary]
Antoine Law seeks a candidate with 2-10 years experience. Delaware experience is required.
