Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Attorney licensed in Texas to join our team. This is a hybrid role that requires working in-person two days per week, with remote work permitted on other days. The position can be focused on litigation or transactional work, depending on the candidate’s strengths and interests.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
Manage case files and review documents
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Collaborate with team members to achieve client goals
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in Texas (Required)
Minimum 5 years of legal experience in litigation or transactional work (Preferred)
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Availability to work in-person two days per week at our Texas office
