Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary needed in Watertown, NY. You will support an office staff of five.
Daily routine administrative duties include the following:
– Greeting visitors and managing reception areas.
– Answering phone calls.
– Taking messages as necessary.
– Correspondence.
-Filing.
– Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
– Scheduling appointments.
– Providing backup coverage to other administrative desks as needed.
Knowledge of a legal office setting is preferred. Basic to intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word is required. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalency required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 – $16.50 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No nights
No weekends
