Job Overview
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office, be eager to take on new cases and challenges, and provide legal services with the supervision of the attorneys and partners in the office. The successful candidate will thrive in a demanding and constantly changing environment, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and be able to work efficiently in both a team and independent setting.

· $60k to $72k per year
Duties:
· Manage a diverse caseload independently, from initial consultation to case resolution
· Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients
· Represent clients in court, mediation and arbitration proceedings
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service
· Stay current with developments in relevant areas of law and ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
· JD from an ABA accredited law school
· Admission to the CA state bar required
· Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Experience or expertise in litigation
· Preferably fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
