Boutique law firm focusing on estate planning, estate administration and elder law is looking for full time legal assistant to join its team.
Responsibilities
Phone calls, scanning, copying, mailing, opening client files, preparation of correspondence; assist with transfer of assets; client communications.
Travel to local courts, banks and post office.
Experience with drafting estate planning documents is preferred, but not required; willing to train the right candidate.
Skills
Must possess computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Detail oriented.
Punctual and dependable.
Fast learner.
Self-Starter.
