Part-Time Executive Assistant / Office Manager / Paralegal

Are you an organized, proactive multitasker with a paralegal background and a knack for keeping things running smoothly?
We are a busy, well-established boutique law firm with 6+ attorneys seeking a part-time team member to fill a hybrid role as Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Paralegal (a bonus, but not required). This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a collegial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
What You’ll Do:
Provide legal support on litigation and case matters (approx. 10–20%)
Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination
Support attorneys with scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks
Keep the office organized and well-stocked
Manage legal files (physical and digital)
Serve as a central point of contact for internal team and clients
What We’re Looking For:
Current paralegal certificate (a bonus, but not a requirement)
Experience supporting multiple attorneys
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Familiarity with law office operations, calendaring, and file management
Tech-savvy – comfortable with modern office software and phone systems
A positive self-starter who brings initiative, reliability, and a can-do attitude
