This ensures a seamless and personalized experience for every client.
Role Description
We are seeking a proactive, presentable, and detail-oriented E-2 Visa Consultant to join our team in Baku. This is a highly flexible, on-demand role. You will not be required to stay in the office full-time. Instead, your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming leads from our marketing campaigns, schedule consultations, and meet with clients at our Baku office to guide them through the E-2 visa application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads and inquiries generated from our social media and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients at our Baku office.
- Act as the primary local point of contact, explaining E-2 visa requirements and gathering necessary initial documentation.
- Liaise directly with our US-based expert legal team to discuss specific client cases and ensure smooth communication.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong professional business etiquette and corporate presentation skills
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required (Russian is a strong plus).
- A strong interest in immigration consulting, with the ability and willingness to learn quickly (training will be provided by our US legal expert).
