Everest Development Group is looking for an Office Administrator & Operations Support for their Orlando office. The Company has just started construction on a mega project near Disney World. Responsibilities include but not limited to

Provide support to management, ensuring smooth daily operations
Organize and maintain an efficient filing system
Monitor company activities, ensuring compliance with office protocols and operational procedures
Manage office inventory, order supplies, and maintain office equipment
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and manage adherence to the monthly budget
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
Accurately record and track business transactions, ensuring up-to-date financial records
Facilitate new employee onboarding
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Manage company expenses, including invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely processing
Regularly update and create internal documentation, templates, and software tools to enhance operational efficiency
Work independently with minimal supervision
Promptly respond to incoming emails, addressing inquiries and communications in a timely manner
Prepare and distribute team meeting agendas in advance
Upload and categorize documents in an organized, easily accessible filing system
Provide support in marketing initiatives, contributing to the company’s promotional and outreach efforts
Maintain professional correspondence with real estate agents, brokerages, lawyers, contractors, and tradespeople, ensuring clear and effective communication

Qualifications

2+ years in office administration/management or similar role, preferably in real estate
Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Teams, and Zoom
Previous experience in real estate preferred
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Collaborative, customer-focused, and able to meet deadlines
Strong understanding of agreements and other legal documents
Bonus /QuickBooks, CRM Software, and Conveyancing/Legal Assistance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
