Job Summary: Insight Global is hiring 20+ contractors to assist one of our clients who specializes in legal marketing for mass torts, among other areas. This client is undertaking a project that requires onsite document review and needs 20+ specialists to assist them onsite in Memphis, TN. We are seeking Document Review Specialists to join the team which will involve meticulous review of paper forms to ensure accuracy and completeness. Responsibilities include:
Reviewing forms, checking each page for missed signatures, mistakes, and other errors
Working in an office setting to process a high volume of paperwork efficiently
Maintaining confidentiality and adhere to company policies by signing NDAs
Requirements:
Onsite 5 days per week and comfortable working short-term contract
Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and ability to process documents quickly
Ability to work efficieent
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of paperwork
Available to start immediately
This is a short-term project (2-month contract with possible extensions). They pay rate is $17/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will be eligible on 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
